Which areas do you cover?
Valet is available only within Alanya district; courier covers Alanya and Manavgat. VIP transfers and chauffeur hire can be requested across all 81 provinces of Türkiye. Vehicle and driver availability is confirmed in conversation.
Can I choose my address on a map?
Yes. Use “Choose on map” beside either address to search for a neighbourhood, hotel or street, select a map point, or use your device location. A map link is added to the WhatsApp message. Check the address and building entrance; search results do not confirm service coverage or availability.
How can I find out the price?
Valet costs TRY 500 for up to 10 km, plus TRY 100 per kilometre for the portion above 10 km up to 15 km. For example, 12.5 km is approximately TRY 750. Request a quote for valet journeys over 15 km, VIP and courier. Final pricing and availability are confirmed in conversation.
Does filling in the form make a booking?
No. Completing the form, preparing a summary or opening WhatsApp does not create a booking. You send the message yourself, then agree on the service, price and availability.
Can I request a service for a future date?
Yes. Select “Schedule for later” and share your preferred date and time. All times are in Türkiye time (UTC+3). Availability for scheduled requests is also confirmed in conversation.
Whose car is used for the valet service?
Your own car. When you would rather not drive, you request a driver to take you to your destination in your car. This is a driver service, not a parking service.
How is the valet estimate calculated?
It uses the driving-route distance between the selected pickup and destination within Alanya. Up to 10 km costs TRY 500; the portion from 10 to 15 km adds TRY 100 per kilometre, prorated. Journeys over 15 km require a quote. Road and route changes can affect the estimate.
Can I hire a car with a driver hourly or for 24 hours or more?
Yes. Choose “Chauffeur hire” in the VIP form, select hourly or 24-hour-plus hire, then enter the starting city and total hours. Vehicle, itinerary and price are confirmed in a tailored quote.
What can I send by courier?
You can request delivery of personal documents and small packages. Share the approximate size and weight of a package; suitability and pricing are confirmed in conversation.
Are airport transfers available both ways?
Yes. You can request airport pickup or drop-off for any city in Türkiye. Use the Antalya (AYT) and Gazipaşa (GZP) shortcuts or enter another airport in the address field.
